Order edits got reverted back in Quickbooks

If Shopify provides any update related to an order synced by our app in Quickbooks, then our app will initiate a re-sync of that order with the latest updates provided for that order from Shopify. In this case, any manual changes done to that order in Quickbooks will get reverted back. 

If it's quite often that manual changes are being done to the orders synced by our app in Quickbooks, then we do a feature to stop order update sync. This feature will prevent syncing order updates provided by Shopify except for payments, refunds, and voids. This way the manual changes that were done to the invoice/sales receipt/sales order in Quickbooks won't get reverted back as our app won't sync order updates provided by Shopify except for payments, refunds, and voids.

You will need to contact our support team to enable the feature to stop order update sync.
