Customize how your purchase orders and PO PDFs look and behave.

Description:

Under Preferences > Purchase Orders, you can set the following:

  • Start Reference Number: The starting value for PO and adjustment numbers, used if no higher number exists.

  • Display Fields: Choose the fields shown in the PO and in the PO PDF emailed to suppliers.

  • Store Info Display: Show the store owner and shop name, fetched from Shopify, in the PO preview and PDF.

  • Billing Address: The address shown on the PO PDF.

  • Label Print Template: Configure barcode labels and print them directly from POs.

  • Locations: Add locations and set a default shipping address. It is pre-selected on POs, but you can change it per PO.

  • Footer: Custom text for the PO PDF footer.

  • Logo: Upload your business logo for the PO PDF.
