This article provides information on the Global-e feature in Xero bridge app.

Global-e manages cross border orders for Shopify merchants using Shopify Native Integration. Please refer to the below link for Shopify Native Integration FAQs.

Global-e orders have different shipping and taxes applied versus how Shopify applies the taxes as per the Shopify store settings. Global-e orders require different set of functionality to transfer invoices to Xero for easy reconciliation.

This feature syncs the Global-e orders to simplify Global-e reconciliation. When the invoice is synced to Xero by applying this feature, the invoice in Xero will match the amount in reconciliation report provided by Global E.
