Overview:
Physically count your inventory and make sure it matches the quantities recorded in your system.
Description:
A stocktake is the process of physically counting all the inventory you have in stock at a particular time. You can find it in the Inventory menu.
Click Create Stocktake, enter a name, and choose a type:
-
Manual: Select the location, vendor/supplier and product type, then click Create. The products for that supplier at that location appear with their current stock, and you can start counting.
-
Barcode: Select the location and create the stocktake. Make sure your scanner is properly connected to the device, scan the product barcodes to count, then finalize the stocktake.
Two features help with manual stocktakes:
-
Blind count: Hides the system quantities from your staff.
-
Count link: Generate a link to share with staff who don't have FlowPO access, such as those in a warehouse, so they can still perform the count.
