How does the customer mapping works between Shopify and QuickBooks Online

Our app already syncs QuickBooks orders from Shopify to existing customer accounts in QuickBooks rather than creating new ones.

- Our app matches customers based on "Firstname Lastname" with existing QuickBooks customers on the "Display Name" field. Quickbooks uses Display Name as a unique identifier in their system.

- If our app does not find a match based on the above-mentioned criteria then only it creates a new customer in QuickBooks.
