Order sync / Data sync time in Xero Bridge app

  • In general, our app syncs data from Shopify to Xero and from Xero to Shopify within 5-10 minutes. However, these are average sync time based on transactions we have synced for many customers.
  • The delay in syncing depends on notification delay from Shopify or from Xero.
  • If there is a notification delay from Shopify in receiving notification for order and refund, then the corresponding sync might be delayed.
  • If there is a notification delay from Xero in receiving notification for inventory then there will be a delay in syncing inventory to Shopify.
