Create a Purchase Order and Link Products to Suppliers

Overview:

Create purchase orders in FlowPO and ensure products are linked to the correct suppliers.

Description:

You can create a purchase order from the Dashboard by clicking Create Purchase Order, or go to Purchase Orders and select the same option.

Before creating a PO, make sure suppliers are added to FlowPO. Vendors are automatically fetched from Shopify along with their products. If you want to create POs directly against Shopify vendors, you do not need to create separate suppliers.

When creating or editing a supplier, use Manage Products > Assign Products to link products to the supplier. You can search for individual products or search by vendor to select all products from that vendor.

If you assign all products from a vendor, any new products added to that vendor in Shopify will automatically be linked to the supplier. Only products assigned to the supplier will be available when creating POs for that supplier.
