How to sync order updates if the "Manual Sync" option is selected to sync the order?
If the "Manual Sync" option is selected to sync the order, then to sync the order updates provided by Shopify click on the "Update Orders" button provided on our app dashboard in Shopify. Please check the below screenshot.
If the "Update Orders" button is clicked once, our app will fetch updates for 100 orders and will sync the updates in a batch of 25 orders. Once you click on the "Updated Orders" button, a process will run in the background to fetch the updates for the orders provided by Shopify. Once that is done, then you will get a "Success" message, which confirms that the update process has run correctly and there was no issue.
