Why Shopify holding account is showing negative balance
The negatives in Holding account might be possible in a few cases
1. If there are some other entries other than our app being entered in this Holding account. Some companies have bank rules which create transfers from Holding account to bank account using Bank rules in QuickBooks. This is a major reason for such differences
2. A small difference might be possible because of payout cycle differences. Our app might have synced one more payout based on the sync start date when you started using the app. If you started using the app in between and not from the very start of your Shopify store. This reason would only create a difference of 1 maybe 2 payouts. It would not cause such a huge difference.
