Customer Sync

By default, our app matches customers based on "Firstname/Lastname" with existing QuickBooks customers on the "Display Name" field. QuickBooks uses Display Name as a unique identifier in their system. However, our app does support some customization in regards to customer sync.

1. Can we sync the Shopify customer as "Last name/First name" instead of "First name/Last name"?

- Sure we do have a feature where customers can be synced with "Last name/First name" instead of "First name/Last name". The feature needs to be set up from the backend so you will need to contact our support team.

2. Can we map the customers by company name?

- Sure that can be achieved but you will need to specify if you would like to map the customers by company name mentioned in the Shopify order's "Default Address", "Billing Address", or "Shipping Address". Accordingly, our team will set up the customer mapping feature for your store.
