How to subscribe to the “Inventory Sync Feature”?
Overview:
Our app is designed primarily to sync orders from Shopify to QuickBooks, ensuring a seamless connection between your e-commerce platform and accounting software. However, for businesses that manage their inventory primarily in QuickBooks and need product stock quantities to update automatically in Shopify, the optional "Inventory Sync" add-on provides the perfect solution. This feature enables synchronization of inventory levels from QuickBooks to Shopify, helping you maintain accurate stock counts and avoid overselling.

Please log in to Shopify and visit our app QuickBooks Bridge>>Feature List>>Inventory Sync

Click the Add button to open the instructions page.

Read the instructions and tick the mandatory checkboxes.

Click Accept at the bottom to continue.

Choose your COGS and Inventory Asset accounts from the dropdown (fetched from QuickBooks). New products synced through the app will use these accounts.

Select the Shopify location where inventory quantities should sync from QuickBooks.

Click Accept again. You will see the charges approval screen. Once approved, our team will verify details and enable inventory sync for your store.
