Product Sync as Non-Inventory – QuickBooks Bridge by Parex
Overview:
The Product Sync as Non-Inventory feature allows you to automatically sync all Shopify products to QuickBooks Online as Non-Inventory products.
This feature is useful when you want to sync all your Shopify products in QuickBooks Online, independently of Shopify order synchronization.
How It Works:
By default, QuickBooks Bridge syncs products along with the Shopify order sync. With this feature enabled, Shopify products can be synced to QuickBooks independently of order synchronization.
When a new product is created in Shopify, based on the product matching criteria selected in our app settings:

If an exact match is found in QuickBooks Online, the Shopify product is mapped to the existing QuickBooks product.

If no match is found, the app creates a new Non-Inventory product in QuickBooks Online.
