Detailed Information:
Each time an order is placed on your Shopify store, QuickBooks Bridge automatically generates a corresponding invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks as per the setup option selected. If you opt for the Individual Sync setting, our app captures and syncs detailed information per order—including items sold, customer details, and payment records.
Alternatively, the Summary Sync mode consolidates your Shopify payouts into a single summary entry. Our app also creates daily journal entries for other payment methods like PayPal, Klarna, or manual transactions. This flexibility ensures your financial records are always accurate, regardless of how your customers pay.
