How Do Shipping and Billing Addresses Sync to QuickBooks?

When a Shopify order is synced to QuickBooks, the app transfers the customer’s address information to the appropriate fields in the Sales Receipt or Invoice.
Billing Address → Bill To (QuickBooks)
The customer’s Billing Address from the Shopify order syncs to the Bill To field in QuickBooks.

If the Billing Address is missing or blank in the Shopify order, the Bill To field in QuickBooks will remain blank.
Shipping Address → Ship To (QuickBooks)
The customer’s Shipping Address from the Shopify order syncs to the Ship To field in QuickBooks.

If the Shipping Address is missing or blank in the Shopify order, the app will sync the customer’s First Name Last Name to the Ship To field.
If Both Addresses Are Missing
If neither the Billing Address nor the Shipping Address is provided in the Shopify order, the app will enter the customer’s First Name Last Name into the Ship To field, and the Bill To field will remain blank in the QuickBooks Sales Receipt or Invoice.
