Sales Transaction Location Mapping to QuickBooks Department/Location
Overview:
If your Shopify store processes orders from multiple locations and you would like each order to be mapped to a specific department (or location) in QuickBooks, this feature will be very useful. It enables you to categorize and track your sales by location directly in QuickBooks, helping you maintain clear, department-wise sales reporting.
Detailed Information:
To use this feature, please ensure that the “Track Locations” setting is enabled in your QuickBooks account.
Next, provide our team with:

A few example Shopify order numbers

The corresponding Shopify location names where those orders were processed

The QuickBooks department names to which those orders should be mapped
Our team will review the provided orders to identify the Shopify location information and configure the mapping so that each Shopify location corresponds to the appropriate QuickBooks department.
Once this location mapping feature is set up, all future orders synced from a specific Shopify location will automatically be assigned to the designated QuickBooks department, as illustrated in the image below.
