How to install the app?

Installing the QuickBooks Bridge app from the Shopify App Store is a quick and straightforward process. Our app integrates your Shopify store with QuickBooks Online, enabling seamless synchronization of orders, customers, products, taxes, payments, and payouts. After locating our app ‘QuickBooks Bridge’ in the Shopify App Store, simply click “Install,” provide the necessary permissions, and complete a few setup steps to begin syncing your data.

Below is the step-by-step guide on how to install the app.

1. In the Shopify App Store, search for QuickBooks Bridge and click the Install button.

2. In your Shopify Admin, click on ‘Install’ to confirm installation and grant the required permissions for our app to function properly.

3. Based on your monthly order volume choose a pricing plan from Pay as You Go, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus and click on Select Plan. With all the plans, we provide a 7-day free trial as well.

4. Approve the charges by clicking on the Approve button.

5. Make sure you are logged into the QuickBooks account associated with the company you want to connect, and that account has administrator rights to give necessary permission.

6. Next, click on Connect to QuickBooks to begin linking your QuickBooks Online account.

7. Enter your QuickBooks Online credentials.

8. Select the QuickBooks Company and click on ‘Next’ and it will connect the company successfully.

9. Choose your preferred sync method: Individual Sync for syncing each order separately, or Summary Sync for consolidated entries.

10. Complete the remaining configuration based on the sync method selected.
