Is there any refund policy for the app?

Overview:

Upon installing our app, we provide  a 7-day free trial. This trial period allows you to explore the app’s features and determine whether it suits your business needs. Charges will only begin after the trial period ends. Since Shopify handles all billing-related transactions, we do not have the authority to process refunds directly.

Detailed Information:

It is important to note that our app’s billing is managed directly by Shopify. Therefore, once the free trial concludes, Shopify will begin charging you automatically unless the app is uninstalled before the trial ends. If you are charged after the 7-day trial due to not uninstalling the app in time, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund through our system.

However, we understand that oversights happen. If you forget to uninstall the app and have not actively used its features, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we are committed to doing our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
