How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the app subscription?

Overview:

You can anytime upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the app subscription. If you notice that your order volume has increased and exceeded the limits of your current subscription plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Same way, during slower seasons, you can switch to a more cost-effective plan from the same page to better match your business needs.

To cancel the subscription, you simply need to uninstall our app from your Shopify store. To upgrade or downgrade the plan, you need to go to the App’s Dashboard page and use the ‘Change Plan’ button from the Plan Details section.

Detailed Information:

  • Change the plan:

    • Go to the App’s Dashboard/Account Details page by clicking on the QuickBooks Bridge app name from the left side menu panel of Shopify admin.

    • From the Plan Details section, click on the ‘Change Plan’ button.

    • Select the new plan based on your requirement and click on the ‘Change Plan’ button.

    • Click on the ‘Approve’ button to approve the latest charges.

    • Once successfully approved, the new pricing will take effect for your store.

  • Cancel the Subscription/Uninstall the app:

    • Click on the More button from the top menu list and click on the Uninstall.

    • Select the reason and enter the feedback for the uninstallation of the app and click on ‘Uninstall’.

    • The app is successfully uninstalled from your store and going forward no charges will be applied on your store.
