How will the pricing work if I upgrade or downgrade the plan?

  • Pradip Ghanghar

Overview:

You can upgrade or downgrade the app pricing plan at any given time from our Account Details page. In case you upgrade to a higher price plan, then the increased charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. In case you downgrade to a lower price plan, then you are automatically offered an application credit based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.

Detailed Information:

Upgrading Your Plan:

If you choose to upgrade to a higher-tier plan—perhaps due to an increase in order volume—the pricing adjustment is prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. For example, if you're on a $10/month plan starting on the 1st, and you upgrade to a $20/month plan on the 15th, your charges will be split:

  • $5 for 15 days on the $10 plan

  • $10 for 15 days on the $20 plan

  • This results in a total of $15 for that month. Since you've already paid $10, the remaining $5 will be added to your next billing cycle, which would total $25. From the following month onward, you’ll be billed $20/month.

Downgrading Your Plan:

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the difference in cost will be credited to your account and applied to your next billing cycle. For instance, if you move from a $20/month plan to a $10/month plan on the 15th, your next bill will reflect a $5 credit, so you'll only be charged $5.
