Error: No items available to sell

  • Order not synced due to an error "No items available to sell".
  • The error message 'No items available to sell' is displayed when the stock of an item is not available in Xero. Xero does not allow to sync those orders in which products have 0 quantities. This error is from Xero side.
  • To sync the orders with this error, you can create a purchase bill in Xero to add the stock of the items listed in the error and then navigate to the Order List >> Unsynced Orders in our app and click on "Re-Sync order" to sync the order.
  • If there are more orders with this error and you have updated the quantities of all products then you can click on "Resync All Orders".
