Discount Sync

By default, our app syncs the discounted order total in QuickBooks but if you want discounts to be shown in the order synced to QuickBooks, then we can enable a feature to sync discount as a line item along with the order. The discount line name will be "Shopify Discount Product". Please check the below screenshot.

You will need to contact our support team to enable this feature for your store.

We also do have a feature to sync discount promo codes along with the order in QuickBooks "Description Field". Please check the below screenshot.
