Can we stop payment to sync in QuickBooks Online?

If we get the order status as "Paid" from Shopify, then our app will sync the payment in QuickBooks Online. So even though you are making a manual payment in Shopify, that would be turning the status of the order to Paid.

To handle this scenario we do have a feature that we can set up for your store so that payment updates for an order won't get synced to QuickBooks Online.

This also means that if an order is paid at the time of creation then it will get synced to QuickBooks Online but as an open invoice and payment won't sync.

This feature needs to be set up from the backend so you will need to contact our support team to enable this feature for you.
