Feature to not sync specific orders - Xero Bridge app
If you do not want to sync the specific type of orders then this feature allows to not sync specific orders based on your order data. e.g. Payment Method, Sales Channels, Locations, fulfillment status, Country, Order tag, Customer tag or other unique order fields.
This feature can be set on any one order data field.
Once this feature is set, our app will not sync the specific orders based on the order data mentioned in the feature.
For example, if you want to stop syncing the orders with PayPal payment method then this feature can be set on the basis of payment method so the future orders with PayPal payment method will not sync.
You need to let us know the name of the order data field and its value for which you do not want to sync the orders.
Note: If this feature is set on the basis of tag then below point needs to be considered.
- There should be an exact match of the tag specified in the feature. If the order has any additional character included in tag then that order will not work as per the feature and that order will be synced.
For example, if the feature is set to not sync the orders tagged with "Mark Wood" but the tag assigned in the order is "Mark Wood-" then this order will be synced.
