Feature to send email notification of unsynced orders - Xero Bridge app
Our app displays the unsynced orders in Order List >> Unsynced Orders page of our app. This feature sends email notification for unsynced orders. This feature can be set to send email notification either on daily basis or on weekly basis based on your preference.
Please follow below steps to set this feature.
- Navigate to Order List >> Unsynced Orders page of our app and click on 'Bell' icon.
The pop up will appear where you just have to select/enter the details.
- Do you want to receive email notifications for unsynced orders?
Select Yes.
- Do you want to receive email notifications Daily/Weekly?
Select Daily or Weekly option from the drop down list as per your requirement. Daily option will send the email notification on daily basis. Weekly option will send email notification on weekly basis every Tuesday.
By default, an email will be sent to Shopify store email address mentioned in the pop up. If you would like to receive an email on different email as well the enter it in the text box.
- Click on 'Save' button.
Alternatively, contact our support team at apps@parextech.com or from the Contact Us page of this site to set this feature.
The file of unsynced orders will be received in the email as an attachment stating the order number, error due to which order is not synced and other details of the order.
In future, if you want to stop receiving the email notification for unsynced orders then you can open the same pop up as above by clicking on notification icon and select 'No' in the radio button for the first option and click on 'Save' button.
