Enabling Email Notifications for Unsynced Orders
To set up email alerts for unsynced orders, follow the steps below:

Navigate to: Shopify → Apps → QuickBooks Bridge → Orders

Click on the Bell Icon in the Orders section.

Select the email frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Email alerts for unsynced orders will be sent according to the selected frequency

By default, the email notification will be sent to the store's email address.

If you would like to receive notifications on another email as well, enter the secondary email address and save.

You will then receive notifications on both email addresses based on the selected frequency.

Click Save.
Once saved, you will begin receiving email notifications based on the preferences configured under “Unsynced Orders Email Notification.”
